Accepting these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Piccadilly Dental Alliance (“PDA”, “we”, “us”). They apply to piccadillyalliance.com and all content, forms, downloads and media we publish on it, including PDA Insights, the PDA Index and the Chairside podcast (together, the “Site”).
By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Not professional advice
The Site is for general information about PDA, our model and the dental profession. It is not dental or medical advice, and using it does not create a dentist–patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a licensed dentist or physician about your own health, and never delay care because of something you read here.
Our research, reports, essays and interviews reflect our experience and analysis at the time of publication. They are not legal, financial, investment or employment advice. Figures, projections and forward-looking statements, including growth targets, are estimates that depend on many factors and may change.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal and professional purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, crawl or harvest content or data by automated means, except search engines indexing public pages.
- Use our content to train, fine-tune or benchmark artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
- Interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to reach.
- Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or send spam, malware or unlawful material through our forms.
- Use the Site in a way that violates any law or the rights of others.
Our content
The Site and its content, including text, research, data, graphics, photographs, audio and design, are owned by PDA or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Piccadilly Dental Alliance, PDA, the PDA Index, Lifestyle Dentistry, Smile4Life, Chairside and our logos are trademarks of PDA.
You may share links to the Site and quote brief excerpts of our research with clear attribution, for example: “Source: The PDA Index 2026, Piccadilly Dental Alliance.” Any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our written permission. Contact hr@piccadillyalliance.com.
What you send us
When you submit a form or email us, you confirm that the information is accurate and yours to share. Applications are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them without obligation to you. Please do not send confidential information you would not want us to use.
Careers information
Job listings, compensation ranges and program descriptions on the Site are for information and may change at any time. They are not offers or contracts of employment. An offer is made only in a signed written letter, and employment is subject to licensure, credentialing and background checks as applicable.

We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDA and its owners, clinicians, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PDA from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept them.
