Accessibility Statement.

Dentistry is for everyone, and so is this website. Here is the standard we hold ourselves to, where we fall short and how to reach us when something gets in your way.

Our commitment

Piccadilly Dental Alliance is committed to making piccadillyalliance.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, and we treat accessibility as part of how we build, not a final check.

02

What we have done

  • A logical heading structure, with one main heading per page, and descriptive page titles.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Every link and form control reachable and usable with a keyboard, with visible focus.
  • Form fields with clear labels and error messages that explain how to fix the problem.
  • Text and background colors chosen for readable contrast, in both light and dark mode.
  • Layouts that reflow on small screens and when text is enlarged up to 200%.
  • Real, text-based links between pages that work with assistive technology.
03

Known limitations

We are still improving, and we would rather tell you where we fall short than claim perfection:

  • Some scroll-driven animations on the home page and feature pages can be distracting. Your device’s “reduce motion” setting reduces them, and the content is always available without them.
  • Printable reports and guides may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We will send an accessible version on request.
  • Chairside episodes are hosted on third-party podcast platforms whose players we do not control. Transcripts are available on request.
04

Ask for help

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or need information in a different format, email hr@piccadillyalliance.com with the subject “Accessibility.” Please tell us the page and what you were trying to do.

We will respond within two business days and work with you to provide the information or service you need, in a format that works for you.

05

In our offices

Our dental offices welcome patients of all abilities. If you need an accommodation for an appointment, such as accessible seating, extra time, a sign language interpreter or materials in another format, please contact your office in advance and the team will arrange it.

06

Ongoing review

We review the site whenever we add new pages or features, test with keyboard and screen reader tools, and act on every piece of feedback we receive. This statement was last reviewed on October 26, 2026.
