Job Duties:
1. Develop and monitor productivity benchmarks using advanced dental practice management systems including Carestack, Paterson Eaglesoft, and Dentrix Ascend to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
2. Analyze and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) such as provider productivity, patient retention, and profitability to support data-driven decision-making.
3. Design and implement strategic growth initiatives based on quantitative data analysis, financial modeling, and market trend assessments.
4. Evaluate team and clinic performance through monthly performance audits, applying statistical tools and business intelligence software including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Revenuewell, Asana and Tableau, to identify improvement areas.
5. Utilize integrated dental management platforms such as Carestack, Paterson Eaglesoft, and Dentrix Ascend to generate operational and financial reports, forecast patient volumes, and support strategic planning.
6. Apply decision-making strategies using seasonal trend data to optimize resource allocation and maintain consistent clinical performance during low-volume periods.
7. Oversee operations budget, financial forecasting, and reconciliation processes to ensure fiscal sustainability and compliance with long-term organizational objectives.
